Software that takes the manual work off your team.

Most businesses run on systems that don't talk to each other, so people fill the gaps by hand. We build the software that connects them, with AI doing the reading and sorting and your people making the calls.

Things we're asked to build

  • A tool that reads purchase orders from a shared inbox and enters them in your ERP.

A model reads each PDF. Anything unusual waits for a person to approve it.

  • Search across years of project files that answers a question and shows the document the answer came from.

For when the information exists, but only one person knows where.

  • An internal app to replace a spreadsheet that several people edit at once.

With the permissions, history, and validation a spreadsheet can't give you.

  • A nightly sync between your CRM and your accounting system, so the two stop disagreeing.

Every run is logged, and someone is alerted when a record can't be matched.

  • First drafts of proposals and reports, written from your own past documents.

Your team edits and sends them. Nothing goes out on its own.

Where AI fits

Language models are good at reading messy documents, sorting requests, and writing first drafts. They're a poor fit for decisions someone has to answer for, so in the systems we build, those stay with a person.

Plenty of problems don't need a model at all. When a script, a database, or a better form will do the job, that's what we build.

How a project goes

Before any code
We spend time with the people doing the work now, and write down each step, system, and exception. You get a short written plan: what we'd build, how long it would take, and what it would cost, before you commit to anything.
While we build
We ship in small pieces and test them against your real cases. The old way keeps running until the new one gives the same results.
After launch
We can keep maintaining and improving the code we wrote, or hand it to your team. Either way, the code, the documentation, and the access are yours.

Before you ask

We're not a manufacturer. Is this for us?
Yes. The plant above is one example. Any business where people copy information from one system to another, or chase it across several, has the same problem, and that's what we build for.
Do we have to replace our systems?
No. We connect to what you already run, whether that's an ERP, a CRM, accounting software, shared inboxes, or spreadsheets, and build around it.
Where does our data go?
What we build runs in a cloud account of your own. Your data stays in your systems and that account.
What happens when the AI gets something wrong?
Anything uncertain goes to a person before it goes anywhere, and decisions someone has to answer for stay with your team.
Who owns it afterwards?
You do: the code, the documentation, and the access. We can run it for you, or hand it to your team.

Tell us about the work

Describe one job your team does by hand today and what you'd like to change. A few sentences is plenty. We'll reply to talk it through, and if it's a fit, the next step is the written plan.
