We're deliberately small. The people you talk to at the start are the people who write the plan, build the software, and answer the phone when something needs changing.
How we work
- Start with the people doing the work
- The best description of a process is the person who does it every day, including the exceptions nobody wrote down. We sit with them before we design anything, and we build for the way the work really goes.
- Build around what you already run
- Replacing an ERP or a CRM is rarely the answer to a problem in the gaps between them. We connect the systems you have and leave them in charge of what they're good at.
- Keep people in charge of the calls
- We use AI where it's genuinely good: reading, sorting, and drafting. Anything uncertain or consequential waits for a person, and every step is logged so you can see why something happened.
- Leave you owning it
- The code, the documentation, and the access are yours from the start. We're glad to keep running what we build, but you're never locked in to us.
